Shipping Lead Time
All orders have a 3-5 business day lead time upon receipt of order as all products are made to order.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 3-5 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Shipping charges
All US shipments have a flat rate regardless of weight. Yes that means you can order 20 lbs worth of products and only pay the flat rate.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Damaged or defective products may be returned to Phoenix Deep Rooted after contacting us via email or instragram/facebook private message (@phoenixdeeprooted) or via email (info@phoenixdeeprooted.com) Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
Shipping Issues
"The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?"
Once an order has shipped, Phoenix Deep Rooted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
If the carrier is unable to assist with finding the package, please contact us with the case number provided from the carrier and we can assist you further.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of return shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Phoenix Deep Rooted.
